01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdd99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of the platform and remains in force for as long as you hold an active account or use our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bdd99 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments or updates that may be made to these terms over time.

• You must notify bdd99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach.

bdd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these registration requirements, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

bdd99 supports a range of payment methods popular with Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this platform without explicit written consent from bdd99.

The game content hosted on bdd99, including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. bdd99 operates those titles under the relevant licensing agreements.

09Limitation of Liability
